Jennifer Byrne, Creative Partner, Live.Create.Play
Jen has over 18 years design and marketing experience for businesses, organizations, and museums both in- and out-of-house. In addition to concept and designing, Jen’s extensive knowledge of print production uniquely positions her to extend a brand to all touchpoints. From 1995-2000, Jen created final type, graphics, and printed materials for over seventy exhibitions at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC. In 2000, she joined the National Building Museum to design and manage all Museum publications and signage. Having developed the Museum’s overall graphic identity and subbrands that run the gamut of audiences and disciplines, it was here she developed a love for building brands. She left that in-house role in 2005, to provide the same for independent clients. She advises on specialty papers, printing methods, production costs, and sourcing of green printing materials. Personally speaking, Jen spends her time with more tactile materials—making costumes, building playhouses, and decorating spaces.
